Salt Lake City has a stigma of watered down beer. You will find yourself pleasantly surprised to find yourself at the Bohemian Brewery. Take in the authentic ski-lodge decor, which feels cozy and inviting, before you snag a table or seat at the bar. The brewery opened in 2001, and the owners hail from the former Czechoslovakia, so don’t expect to find anything other than lagers on tap. Czechs don't do Ales. That means the brews are fermented for more than eight weeks at a nearly freezing temperature, which gives the cool refreshment an ultra-clean finish. You may want to plan your visit to this brewpub near dinnertime because the menu is excellent.
